Alissa will present two sessions—Session 1 includes a discussion with museum directors from Tucson, Las Vegas and Grand Island, facilitated by Jill Randerson, on connecting with and serving your community more deeply.

Session 2 focuses on reducing barriers and creating more welcoming environments for visitors through Journey Mapping techniques. The panel includes museum directors and landscape architects from around the PNW.
